 **********************************************************************

Frederick, MD, July 23, 2007

PublishAmerica is proud to present Creation's Sensible Sequence by John B. Mulder of Leawood, Kansas. From his scientific knowledge and experience, Dr. Mulder understands the complexity and needs of living subjects as they survived and thrived over the ages. This book details the divine and orderly sequence of creative events as required for optimal functioning of the universe and its inhabitants. Evidence is presented that refutes false evolutionary theories. The author documents the greatness of God as well as the magnitude and precise regulation of His amazing creation.

Dr. Mulder, DVM, MS, MEd, a creationist, is a veterinarian, retired university professor, and research scientist who has long been interested in the sequence of events as they occurred during the week of creation. He has published over one hundred articles in various journals and has spoken at numerous conferences in the US and other countries. His previous book, The Gems of Heaven, describes the beauty and structure of heaven

I wanted you to know I received your book (Creation's Sensible Sequence) and I commend you for a clear, well written, and more importantly biblical account of creation. I have read several chapters and skimmed several others (which I will read more closely) and I like the flow of thought and the references to Scripture that support your theological stance.

May God continue to bless and strengthen you to write other significant books that defend our precious faith.

Creation’s Sensible Sequence” by author, John B. Mulder, has to be one of the most outstanding books on the subject of creation that I have ever read. If you have ever questioned the order of events in the creation process, this author has answered them. This book is well researched and has a wealth of information. Written as if the author is personally talking with you, on a level that you can understand, sets this book aside from others. “Creation’s Sensible Sequence” will be a very welcome addition to any library, public or private and would serve as an excellent study guide for small groups and Sunday School classes of all faiths.

I have read many books on the subject of Heaven, but "The Gems of Heaven" by John B. Mulder is truly exceptional. When reading about the Holy City that awaits Gods children, one reads about the Jewels that are in Heaven. Have you ever thought about what these Gems are, and how each one is placed in the wall that surrounds that great city? I know that I never gave it much thought. "The Gems of Heaven" will enlighten you and vastly increase your knowledge of just how wonderful Heaven is going to be. No human mind can conceive its beauty nor can we truly understand until we reach our destination, but John B. Mulder brings us close to that understanding. "The Gems of Heaven" will be one book you will refer to time and time again. This book will be a valuable addition to any library, public or private.

The Gems of Heaven Author describes 'Holy City'

Sheri Baker-Rickman, Staff Writer, ©The Johnson County Sun 2006,  Overland Park, Kansas

October 26, 2006

Leawood author and lifelong Christian John Mulder said many people are unaware of what awaits them in heaven but his book "The Gems of Heaven," available through PublishAmerica for $12.95, gives descriptions of what the Bible calls the "Holy City." The book presents information explaining the Apostle John's vision of heaven and detailed discussions and personal insights from Mulder, who regularly attends Blue Valley Baptist Church. "I have always been interested in the subject of heaven," Mulder said. "My mother was a devout Christian." Mulder said growing up as one of 10 children on a farm in Iowa, his mother often told him about the beauty of heaven. "People talk about heaven and think they are going to go but know little about it or how to get there. When you take a road trip, you look on a map to figure out how to get there so I want to make sure I know how to get there." How to get to heaven is described in the Bible in John 3:16 - "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life," Mulder said.

Mulder said some heavenly architecture includes a city constructed of transparent gold; a wall with 12 foundations, each adorned with different gems; 12 entrance gates, each consisting of a single pearl; a crystal clear river flowing from the throne of God; and the tree or trees of life as described in the Garden of Eden. “Each tree of life will have 12 different kinds of fruits, I assume you can eat them," Mulder said. "If not, I won't touch them." Mulder is a veterinarian who has owned a variety of pets, including skunks. He said he does not believe animals will be in heaven. "That's just my opinion," he said. "There are many who think animals will go to heaven. It's completely unknown and I won't argue on either side."

Mulder, a former research scientist and university professor, has published more than 100 articles in various journals and spoken at numerous conferences in the US and other countries, mostly on the topic of veterinary medicine. He has also taught adult Sunday school classes for about 20 years. Mulder said he plans to publish another book on creation and is considering writing a book about the animals mentioned in the Bible. Mulder said he hopes people reading his books will learn more about God. Mulder lives with his wife, Wilma, and they have two grown children.
